Authentically me...

My journey of self discovery has been the most rewarding experience. Everything you'll see on this page is what makes me...me.

There's parts I've always loved, parts I've hated, parts I've misunderstood, and parts that I still don't understand.

But they are all me, and I embrace them fully.

I'm a relentless optimist, and find the silver lining in just about every situation. Forgiveness is my superpower, and there's nothing I love more than knowing I've helped someone shift their thinking to be more compassionate to themselves and others.

Although much of the work I do is serious in nature, I find ways to play and be silly inside of this space. Humor is one of my top strengths, and I find laughter to be essential for meaningful growth.

I like pushing against traditional standards, and "doing things the way they've always been done" has no place in my life. I have a creative mind and love coming up with new options where none seemed to exist.

I enjoy activities like figuring out puzzles (all kinds), reading both fiction and non-fiction, artsy stuff like drawing and painting, cooking, and playing old school video games (on the original NES system!).

I also love spending time with friends and family, having meaningful conversations, and dancing whenever I have the opportunity.
